Terms and General Conditions
All services should be booked through our Delhi Office. In order to handle your reservation efficiently, kindly advise full details of booking. Payment should be paid before 30 days of arrival.
For any cancellation of confirmed arrangements, a minimum 30 days notice is required. Hotels are liable to charge a cancellation fee upto 100% depending on the notice given. Under such circumstances “Holiday Charme India Pvt. Ltd” reserves the right to hold back part or total deposit to cover the costs.
All reservation requests will be confirmed immediately by e-mail.
“Holiday Charme India Pvt. Ltd.” Provides trained and experienced tourist guides, fluent in English. For all transfers only English Speaking Guides are provided. Guides speaking languages other than English are available upon request.
The Check-in and Check-out time in Hotels is 1200 Hours. Late departure have to be pr-booked and an extra\charge will be involved.
- For Hotels / Luxury trains As per the policy of the respective hotels and luxury trains.
- For air / train booking As per the policy of the respective airline / Indian railways.
The company has non-disclosure agreement with the client.
The Traveler / pax are advised to insure themselves in their respective Countries against medical insurance.
All payment must be as per the condition mentioned above and should reach the Inbound Tour Department. All payment should be made by Bank Transfers or by Bank Draft and drawn in favor of “Holiday Charme India Pvt. Ltd.” Our bank address and account number is given below:
